Candle Safety
- NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED!!
- Always leave 1/4" solid wax in the bottom of the jar.
- Do not leave wick trimmings or other objects in the candle.
- Keep open flames away form drafts and flammable objects, such as curtains or plants.
Candle Care
- It is generally recommended to trim the wick to 1/4" before each lighting. If the candle is smoking, blow it out, wait for the candle to cool and trim the wick.
- If the candle is not burning all the way across the jar, let the wick grow a bit longer before the next trimming.
- It is also recommended to keep candles away from drafts, such as windows, heating vents or busy doorways. A regular draft will push the flame to one side, causing the candle to burn poorly.
